The PFP Bureau has a need to take a systems approach to the friends group program to know how to best create its base to support the efforts in the field. 

This is not a "course" per se, but a way to provide information and gather feedback and comment from the management team. 

There will be a series of these courses, starting with what is a systems approach to problem solving and what are the applicable statutory requirements.  through building resources for the field and the friends groups.
